2. Reservation and Booking
2.1 Booking Process
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or booking reference number from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion.
2.2 Payment
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan selected. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and service charges will be added to the room rate.
2.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and season. Standard cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges. Special rate bookings may be non-refundable. Please review the specific cancellation policy applicable to your reservation at the time of booking.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid government-issued photo identification and credit card are required at check-in for all guests.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who fails to provide proper identification or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests.
4. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all hotel policies. Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the guest's account. The Hotel reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of applicable laws.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the Hotel. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations. Pets are not permitted unless specifically arranged as part of our pet-friendly accommodation program.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence. We recommend that all guests maintain appropriate travel and personal property insurance.
The Hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuable items unless they are deposited in the hotel safe. We strongly recommend using safe deposit facilities for valuables, jewelry, cash, and important documents.
6. Force Majeure
The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with affected guests to provide reasonable alternative arrangements or refunds where appropriate.
